My evidence-based treatment is tailored to meet the needs of each client. It's my personal goal to help every person build positive, long-lasting change within their lives. I help clients feel like change is possible.

My journey to mental healthcare

I was inspired to become a counselor after growing up in an urban neighborhood surrounded by poverty and violence, experiencing feelings of hopelessness and not feeling equipped to cope. I told myself I would work in a field where I could make a difference in the lives of others. I'm humbled and grateful for this opportunity.

My goals for you

I strive to promote personal goal attainment through a holistic counseling approach. I work to help families, youth, and individuals build on existing strengths to expand problem-solving skills, develop coping and conflict resolution mechanisms, and improve relationships.
