I work to develop a relaxed, trusting relationship with my clients that allows you to develop effective coping skills and resolve the issues that brought you to counseling.

My journey to mental healthcare

I began my career as a social worker, working with families that had children placed in foster care. I was a reunification worker working with parents to reunite them with their children.

My goals for you

I use a client-centered approach to setting goals. You are the expert on you, what works for you, or what you feel won't work for you. We will develop goals together based on what you need.

During the first session, we will get to know each other and work to build a common ground of respect and trust.
