I work with college students to seniors, couples, and families. My approach is all about listening to you, wherever you may want to start. I see myself as a companion to you as you learn to know yourself better, solve problems, and find your best life. Besides the hard work of therapy, I hope you're open to feeling some fun and joy along the way.
My focus
My practice includes a very diverse clientele, with many college students right now. I frequently work with LGBTQ+ individuals, addiction, relationship issues, anger management, depression, anxiety and panic, loneliness, and grief.
My approach
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and Emotional Freedom Therapy are foundations for my approach, along with trauma therapy models. I listen deeply to understand where you are and what you need. Together we'll work through challenges and help you find peace and growth.
