I specialize in working with clients who have experienced trauma, sexual and domestic violence, as well as those struggling with anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. My approach to therapy is to provide a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental environment where clients are truly heard, validated, cared for, and equipped.
My focus
It is estimated that approximately 70 percent of adults in the U.S. have experienced at least one traumatic event in their lives. Oftentimes, anxiety, depression, addiction, and relationship problems have their roots in trauma. I seek to come alongside those suffering and give them encouragement, hope, and new skills to cope.
