My job is to listen, so I can help you hear yourself in a different way. I do not set hierarchies in my sessions. We both collaborate to set goals and to best help you become the best you.

My journey to mental healthcare

I entered this field because I believe everyone deserves a space to be heard without judgment. My training in trauma and substance abuse has shaped how I support clients through their most challenging moments.

We'll work together to identify what matters most to you and build practical skills you can use in daily life. I focus on helping you connect your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors so you feel more in control and capable.

In our first session, we'll talk about what brought you here and what you hope to achieve. I'll ask questions to understand your story, and we'll begin mapping out a path forward that feels right for you.
