Hi there, I'm Daniel!

You did it! You took the first step toward therapy. I know that can be intimidating, but I hope to make the therapeutic process a little less scary. I am passionate about the work that I do, and my heart is bent toward helping you achieve your goals. Growth can be difficult, but you don't have to do it alone. I look forward to coming alongside you!

My focus

I greatly enjoy working with adults suffering from (C)PTSD, depression, anxiety, spiritual/sexual/racial trauma, and addiction. I also love working with the LGBTQ+ community, as a member of the community myself. I have training in trauma-informed techniques (EMDR), which uniquely equip me to work with a wide range of struggles.

My approach

As a therapist, I am highly relational. I seek to establish safety with you so that we can, collaboratively, work toward your goals. In my years of working with folks, I have found that shame is one of the biggest barriers to growth. Because of this, I will gently work with you to dismantle shame so that we can move toward your desired goals.
