My focus
I work with children, adolescents, and adults. For older children and adolescents, I validate their experience of becoming who they are. These same skills are often needed for adults as well. There is a level of acceptance that should occur so you learn to be comfortable with yourself and what you contribute.
My approach
I love using insight-oriented therapies where you learn about yourself and how you interact with the world. I also use short, solution-focused techniques to help make fast changes that make life more livable.
