My role is to help guide you through the process of working through your anxiety, depression, grief, PTSD, trauma, life transitions, and relationship issues with a holistic lens to improve your spiritual, emotional, and behavioral well-being.

I focus on relationships with ourselves, others, and our environment using an attachment base to explore where we have been, where we are, and where we are going, with Faith integration.
