I know that starting therapy can be scary, so let me help by creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where you can learn to handle anxiety, depression, PTSD, or panic attacks.
My focus
Life is not easy. Sometimes we need to have help outside the regular people in our lives, like family and friends. I work with young adults and adults struggling to cope with anxiety, depression, panic, PTSD, adhd, and basic stress. Together, we can identify the triggers of these issues and find ways to cope with or eliminate them.
My approach
I believe treatment should be client-led, which means we look at where you are, talk about where you want to be, and work together to achieve this. I use an eclectic approach, so one day we may do Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and the next we may work on core beliefs creating your anxiety.
