My approach to therapy is person-centered and client-driven. I work with all age groups, but focus more on ages 13+. I utilize a multi-disciplinary approach to therapy and will work with you to find what works best for you and your situation.

I work with a variety of ages and difficulties. Adolescents to adults has been my primary focus with therapy. I have worked with a variety of struggles ranging from anxiety, OCD, depression, personality disorders, trauma, attachment, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and more.
My approach
My approach to therapy varies based on the client's needs. I use several modalities, depending on the individual's needs. For individuals, couples, or families, the modalities I utilize the most are Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), attachment-based therapy, and interpersonal skills.
