I speak truth and love to the hurting. I work primarily with adults and married couples. I help those who have experienced trauma, couples in crisis, and people coming out of abusive relationships. I've helped clients develop identity, boundaries, empowerment, and holistic well-being through processes of forgiveness, grief, and healing.
My focus
My ideal client wants to do real therapy and not just talk about fluff. They're not coming to walk away unchanged. They want to do the work in and out of session to heal, grow, and be their best self.
My approach
My passion is to encourage people to live in the truth of who they are in their unique design. I have a specific tool set to help uncover and address underlying fears and faulty beliefs, leading to healing, communication at a heart level, relational connection and proper boundaries, and conflict resolution.
