Hi there, I'm Natasha!

My therapeutic style is warm, engaging, and genuine. I take an eclectic approach to counseling in which I enjoy working with people from all different lifestyles. I help people work through depression, anxiety, addictions, relationship difficulties, stress management, identity challenges, and emotional awareness.

My focus

I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, identity exploration, and life transitions. Many of my clients are high-functioning but feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected. I also support individuals processing cultural or generational dynamics, perfectionism, and self-worth challenges.
