My focus
I work with all kinds of clients with all sorts of problems. The majority of the clients I see are experiencing bullying (teens), stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Ideal clients are clients who are ready to work.
My approach
My most common therapeutic approach is cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). I also use person-centered and other techniques drawn from a number of evidence-based treatment orientations. The theoretical approach used depends on the needs of the client.
