I'm so glad you're here. I specialize in helping adults, children, and teens navigate grief, anxiety, life transitions, and emotional healing. My practice is rooted in compassion, safety, and collaboration because I believe meaningful change happens when you feel supported and truly seen.

I work best with women carrying the weight of grief, infertility, or birth trauma, and with adults, children, and teens navigating anxiety, depression, or behavioral challenges. I use trauma-informed practices to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore what's weighing on you at your own pace. I draw from evidence-based therapies like CBT, DBT, and person-centered techniques, integrating faith when meaningful to you. Therapy with me is a space where you're encouraged, supported, and never alone.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to becoming a therapist was deeply personal. After years of walking through my own experiences with grief, loss, and healing, I felt a strong pull to create the kind of space I once needed, one filled with compassion, safety, and hope. I believe healing happens in relationships, and it's a privilege to hold space for others.

In our first session, my priority is to create a space where you feel safe, respected, and genuinely heard. We'll take time to explore what brought you to therapy and what you hope to gain, without rushing or forcing anything. My sessions are client-led, which means we move at your pace, and you decide what feels most important to talk about.
