I would have to describe my counseling style as being warm and passionate. My strengths are, I have patience, being a good listener, being knowledgeable, and having/showing empathy.

My journey started when friends consistently sought my advice and valued my feedback. I'm driven by building trusting relationships with clients and contributing to positive change that improves their emotional well-being and overall quality of life.

Our first session

Clients should expect to discuss the reason they're seeking therapy, to establish a rapport with the therapist, and to gain a basic understanding of the counseling process, along with being able to establish goals that will support and fit their needs the best.
