I have always loved to help people and make them feel heard and seen, always leaving them better than when I found them. I enjoy helping people achieve their goals and mental well-being; it's my purpose in life.

During our partnership of working together, I strive to establish a foundation of trust and rapport through active listening, empathy, and providing a nonjudgmental safe space. You will be provided an opportunity to feel comfortable being expressive and being yourself.

Our first session

The 1st appointment will be an introductory session where you will be able to share your reasons for seeking therapy and what you hope to achieve. It's an opportunity to establish a working relationship with me as your therapist and begin the process of addressing concerns and setting goals. I strive to provide a warm and non-judgmental space.
