Hi there, I'm Amy!

I work with adults specializing in post-traumatic stress disorder, depression, grief, anxiety disorders, and chronic pain. I use Internal Family Systems Therapy, EMDR, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills to help my clients recover and begin to heal their emotional wounds.

My focus

My approach fits adults dealing with relationships, parenting, family dysfunction, grief, life transitions, and trauma. This often manifests as anxiety, depression, stress, and PTSD. I help clients determine root causes, process emotional pain, and build skills to feel better.

My approach

My approach varies based on each client's needs. I most frequently use Internal Family Systems and EMDR, as well as teaching life skills from a Dialectical Behavior Therapy perspective. These modalities help us build a shared understanding of your reality, process emotions in a safe and structured way, and work together to reach your goals.
