I prefer to utilize a client-centered approach to ensure that I provide a safe space for processing trauma, relationship struggles, anxiety, and depression. I believe that the first step to healing is having a space where you are fully understood, exactly as you are.
My focus
The clients I typically work with include couples and individuals aged 15 years old to adults. My experience includes working with interpersonal relationship struggles, depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, and addiction.
My approach
I approach therapy with nonjudgment and genuine care. Since each client is unique, I will implement various therapeutic modalities, which include the Gottman Method, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), EBT (Emotive Based Therapy), and I am experienced in faith-based counseling.
