I work with a diverse range of clients of different ages and backgrounds, providing support to both individuals and couples. Potential clients may be navigating relationships, adjusting to major life transitions, or addressing specific mental health concerns such as anxiety or depression.

I am an integrative therapist, drawing from CBT, narrative, existential, psychodynamic, somatic, and mindfulness-based approaches to treat the whole person—body, mind, and soul. I strive to meet you where you are and build a strong alliance based on trust and collaboration.

I want to be the calm center where you process difficult emotions, clarify your values, and feel strong within yourself.

My journey to mental healthcare

I've always been fascinated by the inner worlds of people and how we as humans relate to one another. The therapeutic relationship is sacred and creates a special environment for immense growth. I've benefited personally from therapy, and I now feel honored to be able to hold this space for others.
