I deal with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues (family and couple), goal setting, ADHD, OCD, parenting, school or work stress, and PTSD. I am also comfortable seeing adolescents.

My approach involves careful listening, collaborative exploration, and developing a personalized plan to address your unique needs and goals. I believe everyone has the strength within to find healing and growth, and I'm here to guide you on that journey.

I am a therapist who is kind, caring, and easy to talk to. However, I am also direct and straightforward. I believe that this approach is most effective in helping clients make progress in therapy.

I love being able to meet clients where they are currently and join them on the journey to get to where they want to be. I understand that therapy doesn't work unless the client is ready to make the changes, and sometimes that can seem pretty overwhelming.

In the first session, I will ask you about what is most important to you and your goals. I will assess what work you are ready to do, what you have tried, and what you are comfortable trying going forward. I will provide a safe space for you to explore where you are at.
