My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to becoming a therapist started with my own search for answers and wanting to understand what drives human behavior. I was struck by the calm and grounded presence my therapist carried. I wanted that kind of peace, and I wanted to understand how people change and how past experiences shape beliefs and behaviors today.

I help you reach your goals by looking beyond surface behaviors to understand the core experiences that shaped your beliefs. Together, we explore whether these patterns still serve you or keep you stuck. I show you why a new approach might work for your situation, helping you make sustainable changes and handle challenges with clarity.

Our first session

In our first session, I'll get a clear sense of what's bringing you in and what you're hoping to get from therapy. I'll ask questions to understand your background, current struggles, and what has or hasn't worked in the past. You can share at your own pace. I'll also explain how I work and check in about your goals.
