I work with children, teens, individuals, couples, and groups. I treat PTSD, depression, anxiety, DMDD, ODD, substance abuse, ADHD, and anger management. I also help clients navigate family conflicts, parenting issues, and traumatic experiences.

I use Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and a Client-Centered Approach to help you build skills and find solutions that work for your life. Rather than rushing to give advice, I guide you in discovering your own answers. There is power in you being an active participant in solving your own problems.

I'm a good listener who never rushes into giving advice. I'd rather help guide you in finding your own answers. You are the expert in your life. I'm here to help you make choices when you're stuck, listen when you need validation and support, and be that voice of reason when you doubt yourself.

My journey to mental healthcare

My work is my passion, and it was no accident that I chose to do what I do. Connecting with people, advocating for those in need, and helping others have always been my strengths. This job is simply an opportunity to apply myself.
