Hi there, I'm Russell!

I am a two-time cancer survivor and father of six (3-Bio & 3-Adopted). I have been married to my best friend since 2006. Due to a childhood marked by poverty, abuse, and neglect, I have a deep experiential understanding of trauma & addiction. For me, this is more than a job. Helping people heal their psychological wounds is my purpose.

My focus

Do you ever feel lost, stuck, or hopeless? Do you ever feel like you just aren't good enough? Have you experienced significant pain and suffering, and don't think there is anyone who could possibly understand? Those are all lies that are imprisoning you. If you choose to trust me, I will help you find the truth, and the truth will make you free!

My approach

I believe that we are wounded in relationships, and therefore, we can truly only experience healing through relationships. My primary objective is to create a space for a safe and trusting therapeutic bond to be established. Every person is an individual, and as such, my approach is specifically tailored to my client's individual needs and goals.
