Hi there, I'm Ronald!

Seeking counseling is not an admission of failure but a display of courage and strength. Whether you're single, a couple, or a family, my commitment is to invest my life, experiences, and training to empower you for discovery, change, and healing. I work with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and relational issues.

My focus

I love working with individuals and especially couples. Through over 35 years of experience, I have learned that no two individuals are alike. Therefore, my approach will be warm and relational, but never therapeutically boxed, as one size does not fit all.

My approach

My approach utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Reality therapy, motivational interviewing, and Psychodynamic therapy. Our thoughts and feelings dictate our behavior, so we'll discover what, how, and why you think the way you do.
