I'm a trauma-informed therapist who believes healing happens in a space that is emotionally safe and purposefully guided. I work with individuals who are ready to better understand themselves, develop effective coping strategies, and make meaningful changes in their lives. Therapy with me is collaborative, intentional, and focused on growth.
My focus
I work best with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, attachment wounds, and long-standing patterns that feel difficult to change despite insight. Many of my clients are thoughtful, self-aware individuals who are ready to engage consistently in therapy and apply what we explore outside of sessions.
My approach
I place great value on helping clients feel safe, understood, and respected. Once that foundation is established, I actively integrate evidence-based approaches such as EMDR, CBT, ACT, and mindfulness-based practices to help you work through trauma, shift from unhelpful patterns, and build skills that support long-term change.
