Hi there, I'm Lydia!

I use creative and mindfulness techniques to guide healing. Advocacy, yoga, and art are central to my work. I'm active in the LGBTQ community and work legislatively to change policy and bring awareness. In my free time, I hike with my dog, practice yoga and meditation to stay grounded, and create art to connect with myself.

My focus

I work with people struggling with relationships, feeling stuck in a rut, or wondering if there's more to life. I help clients rediscover themselves and reclaim their lives. My specializations include mood and personality disorders, desire and intimacy issues, trauma, and attachment issues.

My approach

I practice acceptance and mindfulness modalities tailored to your needs, including EMDR, Yoga Therapy, Sex Therapy, Psychodynamic, and Dialectical Informed Art Therapy. I believe everyone can change and grow at any time. Mental health issues often stem from unhealthy learned behaviors, which you can unlearn and replace with healthy ones.
