My communication style

I am very direct with my communications. I like to ask questions and will often pose questions that will get you to think and go deeper into the root cause of what is bringing you into therapy.

My journey to mental healthcare

I as most people, have had my own life changes and twists and turns in my life, and realize that it is hard to go through those things alone and want to be there for others.

My goals for you

I will do what I need to be able to connect with you so that I can help you achieve and work toward your therapeutic goals.

Our first session

I will ask a lot of questions, we will take a lot of time to get to know each other, and I will also take the opportunity to find out what will work for you, your goals, and what you expect to gain from our therapy time together.
