I approach therapy from the perspective that you, the client, are the expert in your life, and I am charged with seeing your world through your eyes, to the best of my ability. In doing so, we can collaborate to discover your world through new eyes and to live the life you so richly deserve.

I embrace the opportunity to work with challenging and fulfilling clients who might otherwise have given up hope for the life they deserve. Gaining trust and fostering self-compassion, as well as healing the corrosive effects of trauma, are often most gratifying.
My approach
My approach is eclectic and tailored to the needs of my clients. I employ various modalities that have proven effective, such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, person-centered, Rogerian, emotion-focused, cognitive restructuring, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and EMDR.
