My focus
I work with people struggling with addictions, codependency, and relationships. Since addiction and codependency are often symptoms of other problems like trauma, depression, and anxiety, I help clients identify those core issues and move past them to become the best version of themselves.
My approach
I draw upon CBT, Solution-Focused, psychodynamic, and reality theory, among others, depending on what's needed to address your issues. Having flexibility to use the best tool for the job helps because every client is different and will respond differently to a specific approach.
