Mental health is just as important as physical health. Our mind, body, and soul all work together to create who we are. It is important that we work to get each of these aspects of our lives healthy. My therapy approach is eclectic style. I truly believe that each individual has unique needs that I want to ensure I meet.

I have experience in working with children, adolescents, adults and families. I enjoy working with all ages. I specialize in treating anxiety, adjustment and life stressor issues, trauma, depression, family dynamics, anger management, ADHD, developmental issues, self-esteem, and issues children and adolescents face.
My approach
I utilize an eclectic style of therapy to meet each individual's needs. My primary approaches to therapy are CBT, Client-Centered, Solution Focused, Positive Psychology, TF-CBT, and Play Therapy.
