My journey to mental healthcare

I came across the Social Work Program and learned I could help individuals with their Mental Health while taking a holistic approach to address any barriers they may face. I absolutely love helping individuals reach goals they've set for themselves.

My goals for you

I will help you reach your therapeutic goals by taking a SMART approach. Together, we will ensure that the goals you create are specific, measurable, realistic, achievable, relevant, and in perfect timing with your healing journey.

Our first session

During our first session, we will be getting to know each other. I'll ask questions about life, past diagnosis, your goals for therapy, and issues that may be negatively impacting your daily life. I'll also share the services I provide to ensure they are in sync with your journey.
