My focus
I work with adults exploring depression, anxiety, interpersonal relationships, grief, chronic pain, loss of independence, career challenges, and substance abuse. This may be the only place where someone listens to what you have to say, where feedback is constructive, and where guidance and support build a self-assured, self-confident you.

Therapy allows you to have new beginnings. All of us have challenges that prevent us from moving forward. Having a therapeutic support system can help you de-tangle, sort out, or problem-solve. We will be solution-focused and person-centered using cognitive behavioral therapy.
