I am passionate about complex trauma and relational work & believe the number one healer is connection (most importantly, connection to self).
My focus
I support individuals healing from trauma who are ready for honesty and reconnection with themselves. I also enjoy working with couples who want a straightforward therapist. I also work with clients seeking culturally-responsive care and psychedelic integration, especially BIPOC individuals wanting support in making meaning of their experiences.
My approach
I believe therapy should be tender, but truthful. The goal is to get to the roots, not just prune the leaves... With honesty and connection, we can hold ourselves accountable for ways we can heal the past, communicate in the present, and focus on a hopeful future.
