I hope we can laugh and have a little fun from time to time. While what we do is serious business, let's be honest, none of us is getting out of here alive, so we might as well laugh as to cry!

My journey to mental healthcare

I spent 29.5 years in the cigarette business. Then I got sober. In my sobriety journey, it became apparent that this is what I'm supposed to be doing. I figure if I spent most of my life promoting a product that kills people, it is the least I could do from here on out.

My goals for you

As a person-centered therapist, I want to work on what the person wishes to work on.

Our first session

I try hard to put the person at ease, appreciate them for coming in, and hopefully laugh a little. We are doing therapy here, not heart surgery!
