My communication style

My therapeutic approach includes interpersonal practice with a focus on cognitive behavioral therapy. Rapport building and self-determination are prioritized for each patient.

My journey to mental healthcare

My passion for the work I do comes from my mission. I believe that each individual should have access to mental healthcare. All barriers to treatment should be eliminated. I am an advocate for behavioral health and will continue to develop myself as a professional to serve within the clinical space.

My goals for you

Each patient has the opportunity to communicate their goals for therapy. The shared goals are then drafted into a treatment plan, which the patient and clinician agree upon together.

Our first session

In the first session, the patient could expect a safe space to show up as their authentic self. I believe the patients are the leaders and experts of themselves. I am happy to support them at each step of the process.
