Hi there, I'm Stephanie!

My passion is helping people heal from family and relationship trauma. I specialize in working with the LGBTQ community, but I also support individuals from all walks of life who are navigating the impact of past experiences, difficult relationships, and major life transitions.

My focus

My clients are typically adults navigating significant life transitions: the end of a relationship, shifts in career, changes in family dynamics, or exploring new aspects of identity. A large portion of my work is with the LGBTQ community, where family and relationship trauma often play a central role.

My approach

My approach is intentionally laid-back and conversational. Think of it less like sitting in a cold clinical office and more like having a thoughtful, supportive conversation with someone who's trained to really listen and guide you. I believe that healing happens best when you feel safe enough to show up as your full self.
