Hi there, I'm Anna!

I am a therapist with 25 years of experience in working with young adults, families, and others across the lifespan. I can offer both short-term and longer-term therapy options as we partner together to address your goals. I see therapy as a collaborative effort where I'm able to provide support as you increasingly find your own inner voice.

My focus

I have experience with young adult and older adult patients who manage a medical illness with secondary symptoms of anxiety and depression. I'm experienced in bereavement support for those adjusting to the loss of a family member, partner, or caregiver. I work with individuals and also with families as a whole, if family therapy can be useful.

My approach

In our work together, I will encourage easy ways to track our progress week to week in order to help you meet concrete goals and to provide continuity between sessions. My approach is informed by CBT therapy as well as other mindfulness, self-awareness, and trauma-informed practices tailored to individual client needs.
