I am well known for my realistic approach to life challenges. I have a calm and caring demeanor, and I encourage expression while providing supportive listening. I am an explorer and will always ask you to examine your feelings and thoughts. I remain with you every step of the way and help you maintain your autonomy.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have always had a strong desire to be in the helping profession. My admiration for social work came as I watched clients and clinicians at mental health clinics. I knew that it was what I wanted to do. As I began my profession, it became easy to communicate and connect with those I serve. I grew a fond love for my work, and here I still remain.

My goals for you

Treatment goals are a central part of your success. You set the realistic goal that is obtainable, and I see this as a partnership as we work together to get you to the finish line. Goal setting helps to increase strengths, develop coping skills, and give you a new perspective on challenges.

Our first session

First sessions are always nerve-wracking because you're meeting someone you don't know and sharing parts of your life. It's natural to feel a little nervous. However, I have a skill that will calm your fears and relax you. I will be honest from the start and eager to learn as much as I can about you, but I will let you guide me.
