My journey to mental healthcare

I began my path into therapy with a deep curiosity about human resilience and the desire to help others find strength through life's hardest challenges. Working with survivors of trauma showed me the powerful role therapy can play in recovery. I'm continually driven by the belief that everyone has the potential for positive growth and change.

Our first session is our opportunity to get to know one another. We'll discuss your background and what brings you to therapy. It's completely normal to feel nervous about your first appointment. We'll take it one step at a time, and I'm here to guide you through each step of the process.
