I typically work with children and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and low self-esteem.

My approach

The therapeutic approaches I utilize include, but are not limited to, Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT), Narrative therapy, solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing.

Many of my past experiences drove me to the field of clinical social work.

My goals for you

I work with clients by encouraging them to deeply reflect on changes they would like to make within themselves. I also challenge their thought patterns and help to determine if there are any barriers that are preventing them from reaching their goals.
