I believe that therapy should feel like a soft landing and awakening. I work with clients navigating the weight of responsibility, the ache of unspoken trauma, and the deep desire to feel free, whole, and seen. We will collaborate in creating a realistic wellness plan.
My focus
My clients are often eldest daughters, cycle-breakers, and caretakers who are tired of holding it all together. My clients are high-achieving, heart-centered, and healing while trying to show up in relationships, careers, and communities that often ask for much of them. I also work well with creatives, professionals, and social justice advocates.
My approach
My approach is rooted in healing justice, joy, and realness. I have provided cognitive behavioral therapy to thousands of diverse individuals of all ages in my previous roles as a group home Residential Counselor, Addictions Counselor, Family Intervention Specialist, Veteran Care Manager, and Therapist.
