I have worked in a variety of settings with diverse populations, including adolescents in schools, adults in community settings, and families as an intensive in-home clinician.

My focus

I am passionate about helping others navigate issues related to anxiety, depression, stress management, life transitions, interpersonal relationships, mindfulness, self-compassion, academia, and career, to name a few.

My approach

I view therapy as a collaborative relationship that focuses on you. I utilize a humanistic, non-judgmental approach drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused, Person-Centered, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy frameworks.
