I take a trauma-informed approach to counseling. Your life experiences shape how you respond to struggles. Each session is designed to meet your goals through psychoeducation, practicing coping skills, and homework. You learn how symptoms are active in your life, gain control over them, and increase your capacity to manage behaviors.
