I am a client-centered, solution-focused therapist. I thrive in helping adults and young adults who feel stuck in life.

My focus

I am best when working with motivated folks who need coaching and guidance to understand and remove barriers in their life. They get surprised to see their potential coming out after regulating and sometimes redefining their lives.

My approach

I combine multiple therapy approaches to cater to each client's individual needs. Mostly DBT, CBT, Brainspotting, and narrative therapy help my clients process things more easily.

My communication style

I provide my clients with a very friendly, casual environment where they can explore and process their issues openly, without fear of judgment, and with utmost confidentiality.

My goals for you

Clients are given examples from their presenting problems. They decide which therapy goal they want to work on in the short term and which one is on a long-term basis.
