I work with individuals and couples struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, PTSD, and a variety of other concerns.

My approach

I use a strengths-based, solution-oriented approach to help you make progress. I utilize Cognitive Behavior Therapy to identify distortions and reframe patterns of thinking. I also employ the Gottman method to increase couples' knowledge and intimacy and for conflict resolution.

I place a priority on honest, transparent communication in a supportive environment. I create opportunities for you to reflect on your experiences as I actively listen to you.

My journey as a therapist began with a strong desire to understand motivation and resilience and to help others overcome challenges. I am inspired by seeing my clients live their best lives and maximize their potential.
