My approach

I focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship first, then we collaborate to set goals and choose approaches that fit your needs. I primarily use Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and integrate cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness techniques when helpful.

My communication style

If necessary, I can be very directive, particularly when working with crisis clients and certain behavioral conditions. Otherwise, I am non-judgmental and client-focused.

My journey to mental healthcare

I discovered this calling unexpectedly and knew I had to pursue it. Working with people across different settings has been deeply fulfilling, and I believe we all have a unique path—I've found mine in helping others.
