Hi there, I'm Amanda!

I provide Christian-based therapy and have experience helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, trauma and abuse, and coping with grief and loss. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.

My focus

I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, and couples. I help adolescents and adults resolve crises, develop better coping skills, and process areas that may be difficult to discuss with family or friends. I also help couples learn to communicate better, rebuild intimacy, and have a healthy relationship.

My approach

I believe therapy is a joint effort, and I want to help you develop and reach your counseling goals. I come from a Christian background but will honor your personal spiritual values. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, grief and loss therapy, Trauma Therapy, and The Gottman Method for couples.
