My practice is built on the belief that everyone has within them the ability to change the trajectory of their life. My role is to help you uncover that hope, strengthen your voice, and build practical tools so you can move toward the life you truly want.
My focus
I work with adults, adolescents, couples, and families struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, addictive behaviors, or unresolved trauma. Many of my clients are caregivers, professionals, or students who give so much to others yet find it hard to care for themselves.
My approach
My approach is person-centered: therapy is about you, your needs, and your goals. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy with motivational interviewing. I also incorporate creativity through writing, reflection, or expressive techniques.
