I was attracted to a career in mental healthcare because of my deep passion for helping others and a strong desire to make a positive impact on people's lives. My journey to becoming a mental healthcare provider began while working in the ER.

My goals for you

I approach goal setting with patients by first engaging in a thorough discussion to understand their individual needs, values, and aspirations. Together, we identify specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals that align with their journey.
