I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist Associate. I have nearly a decade of experience in the mental health field, working with couples, families, and individuals of all ages.

I work with children, adults, couples, and families who often feel overwhelmed, stressed, and unbalanced due to struggles with personal challenges, communication, relationships, setting and maintaining healthy boundaries, emotion regulation, unhealthy thinking patterns, and everyday life demands.

Throughout the counseling process, we will work together to build a trusting therapeutic relationship as you identify, explore, and overcome personal barriers and challenges. I believe being mindful, solution-focused, and using effective communication skills allows individuals the ability to create and maintain healthy boundaries and relationships.
